Lisa LePage:

I have over 35 years of experience with both life and leisure on the “Bay”. Having lived at Henry’s in the San Souci area as a child to young adult, to raising my children in Moon River to now spending weekends and holidays in the area, I have a deep passion and connection with the San Souci, Moon River and surrounding areas. I believe I know what the “Bay” represents to both permanent and seasonal residents. I have always strived to provide the best professional service I can to my clients no matter the scope of the project and I will carry this same outlook into my Real Estate career.

I am a graduate of Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College, class of 1994. I operated a successful design and consultation business, Baywise Design, on Georgian Bay in the San Souci area for 17 years. My primary focus was working with contractors and their clients during their design phase consulting and completing the permit drawings for their projects.

In 1997 I incorporated kitchen and bath design into my entrepreneurial portfolio. In 2006 I pursued and obtained my Certified Kitchen Designer designation. This gave my clients the confidence that the kitchens and baths in their new home, cottage, addition or renovation would have the forethought of good design during the design phase of their project, when it is needed most.

Moving forward with real estate in my entrepreneurial portfolio I believe I have an advantage to assisting my clients when buying or selling their property as I look at the transaction from several perspectives based on my extensive building experience and life in general from my many years living on “the Bay”.
